David Evans, PhD, MBA • Chief Executive Officer, Ceatus Media Group LLc
Dr. Evans began developing online strategies for dental practices in 1998, and founded Ceatus Media Group in 2004. He has helped dentists around the world better educate and connect with patients, and has spoken at meetings of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and American Society for Dental Aesthetics. Dr. Evans has more than two decades of experience in directing marketing efforts for medical companies and surgical practices.
Ron Walker • Publisher
Mr. Walker co-founded a group of professional eye care publications, and was publishing director for a joint venture with the American Optometric Association. His career includes various positions with print publications and with an ad agency specializing in optical retailing. He is a founding partner of Access Media Group LLC, publisher of All About Vision®.
Greg Johnstone • Associate Publisher
Mr. Johnstone has been writing and editing for Internet publications since 2003 on technical and healthcare topics such as dentistry, health insurance, diabetes, malignant mesothelioma, and primary pulmonary hypertension. Mr. Johnstone has a degree in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
Allison DiMatteo • Editor
Ms. DiMatteo is a 20-year veteran of dentistry journalism and communications. She has been a regular independent contributor to Inside Dentistry magazine, and was managing editor of the publication when it launched in 2005. She also served as editor of Functional Esthetics & Restorative Dentistry. Ms. DiMatteo has authored and ghostwritten numerous dentistry and health articles for professionals and consumers, and is principal and founder of Crème della Crème Copywriting & Communication.
Tom Meinert • Partner
Mr. Meinert's publishing career includes roles as vice president, sales of eye care trade publisher Viscom Publications and associate publisher at a unit of Medical Economics Company. In 1997, Mr. Meinert co-founded Access Media Group. Mr. Meinert is publisher of two affiliated websites, Consumer Guide to Plastic Surgery® and Consumer Guide to Bariatric Surgery™. He holds a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri.
Liz Segre • Group Editorial Director
Ms. Segre is the editorial director for online properties of Ceatus Media Group and Access Media Group. She is editor of Consumer Guide to Plastic Surgery® and webmaster of All About Vision. Ms. Segre has been editor-in-chief of Eyecare Business magazine and held a number of editorial positions with consumer publications at Cahners Publishing.
Sonal Blackburn • Webmaster
Ms. Blackburn is webmaster of Consumer Guide to Dentistry, Refractive Surgery News and other Ceatus Media online properties, including the eye surgeon directory at All About Vision. She earned a BS in Biology from Northern Illinois University and a BA in English Literature/Education from Northeastern Illinois University. Ms. Blackburn also has worked as a web/graphic designer and consultant and in marketing, design and content management.
Ryan Herndon • Senior Webmaster
Mr. Herndon is the web developer for Ceatus Media Group. He creates and maintains online properties owned by the company, as well as client websites. Mr. Herndon holds a degree in from the University of California, San Diego.
Steve Bagi • Design Director
A veteran of graphic design, Mr. Bagi has held art director, design director and creative director positions with a number of advertising agencies in the Philadelphia area. He was a founding partner of Beacon Advertising & Design, where he developed successful campaigns for such clients as First USA Bank, Southwest Airlines and Cahners Publishing.
Laura Johansen • Advertising Coordinator
Ms. Johansen manages the advertising placement and reporting system for this and other company-owned websites, tracking and analyzing advertising campaign performance as well as search engine presence. She also coordinates marketing activities, oversees copyright protection, writes new product announcements and edits articles. Ms. Johansen obtained her BA in communications with a minor in marketing at San Diego State University, graduating magna cum laude.

Lawrence Addleson, DDS, FAACD, Executive Editorial Advisor, of San Diego, California, is an internationally recognized leader in the field of esthetic cosmetic dentistry. Gary Alex, DMD, of Huntington, New York, attended Penn State University on an athletic scholarship where he graduated with a degree in Biology in 1977. He then took advanced level graduate courses in chemistry and biology before working at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. He attended Tufts University Dental School where he earned his DMD in 1981.
Dr. Alex is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and past president of the AACD New York Chapter. He is on the editorial advisory board of, and has had a number of articles published in, the highly respected and peer-reviewed publications Inside Dentistry, Compendium, and Functional Esthetics and Restorative Dentistry. Thomas E. Dudney, DMD, of Birmingham, Alabama, is a 1977 graduate of University of Alabama in Birmingham School of Dentistry. He has served as the Clinical Director for the Aesthetic Advantage hands-on programs taught by Dr. Larry Rosenthal at New York University and the Eastman Dental Clinic in London. He is presently the Clinical Director for the California Center for Advanced Dental Studies (CCADS) programs taught in the US and the UK. Donald M. Jayne, DDS, of Seattle, Washington, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington, School of Dentistry in 1975. Following dental school, Dr. Jayne completed residency training at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Les Latner, DDS, MAGD, of Los Angeles, California, earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Washington University in St. Louis. John Nosti, DMD, FAGD, FACE, is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He went on to complete a one-year general practice residency at the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Most recently he has become a visiting Faculty member at the prestigious Arizona School Of Dentistry and Oral Health. Rebecca K. Pitts, DMD, DDS, DScD, FAACD, of Lake Mary, Florida, earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the highly regarded Boston University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Dr. Pitts also completed a specialized post-doctoral residency in advanced general dentistry techniques at this institution. She then enrolled in a rigorous five-year graduate program at Boston University Department of Restorative Sciences and Biomaterials, upon successful completion of which she was awarded the Doctor of Science in Dentistry degree in Advanced Restorative Dentistry.

Joel H. Berg, DDS, MS, is Professor and Lloyd and Kay Chapman Chair for Oral Health. He serves as the Chair of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Washington and as Dental Director at Seattle Children's Hospital. He is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, Secretary-Treasurer for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Associate Dean for Hospital Affairs at the University of Washington, School of Dentistry.

Mahnaz Fatahzadeh, DMD, B.SC, obtained her B.SC. and DMD degrees as well as her GPR certificate from the University of British Columbia in Canada where she practiced general dentistry for a number of years. She completed an Oral Medicine fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where she holds a faculty appointment as an Associate Professor. She is the past chair of Oral Cancer Consortium and the director of oral cancer screenings at the UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School.
Dr. Fatahzadeh is an attending at the university Hospital in Newark, NJ, a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Medicine, a member of AAOM, and the director of the pre and post-doctoral oral medicine programs at New Jersey Dental School. W. Peter Nordland, DMD, MS, of La Jolla, Calif., maintains a private practice limited to oral plastic microsurgery. Over the years, Dr. Nordland has introduced many new surgical procedures and has developed his own microsurgical instrumentation. He enjoys teaching and is an assistant professor of periodontics at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, and Director of Microsurgery at Newport Beach Coast Oral Facial Institute. He is also one of the few fellows of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He lectures internationally for esteemed organizations such as the American Dental Association, the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of Osseointegration, the International Dental Federation, the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and many of the state dental associations, including New York, Texas and California, in addition to most dental schools throughout the United States.
He is a co-founder of the Periodontal Plastic Surgeons Study group that hopes to develop into an international academy, welcoming periodontists and oral surgeons with an interest in esthetic surgery.

Fern Ingber, MEd is the founding President and CEO of National Children's Oral Health Foundation: America's Toothfairy® (NCOHF), the only independent national non-profit children's health organization exclusively focused on supporting direct delivery of comprehensive oral health services to break the cycle of preventable dental disease. She is committed to a strategic vision that will ensure all underserved children and their families have equal access to quality, comprehensive oral healthcare in their own communities.
Ms. Ingber has dedicated her career to providing skilled organizational leadership development and strategic planning services to nonprofit foundations and healthcare organizations across the country. As part of her long-standing record of achievement, Ms. Ingber served as founding General Manager of the National Marrow Donor Program and founding Director of the Department of Defense Marrow Donor Center. She was primary consultant for the formation of the American Cancer Society Breast Cancer Network as well as the ACS Prostate Cancer Alliance, and later became founding Executive Vice President of the National Health Museum.
